Two shipping options
Customers can arrange their own freight forwarding, or we can assist with shipping. We typically offer two solutions:
- Shipment to the port nearest to you — you arrange self-collection from the port.
- Door-to-door delivery — more convenient, at a slightly higher cost.
Reference sea freight times after final payment: 20–25 days to Australia, 45–55 days to the United States, 55–60 days to Europe (unless there are holidays or extreme circumstances).
As the manufacturer and supplier of the ULTRAPUMPTRACK system, we coordinate production and shipping from our own factory — every module is injection-molded to spec, and your order moves from production line to port without intermediaries.

Common questions
A pump track is ridden by generating speed through body movements, not pedaling. By strategically shifting your weight and using push-and-pull motions over the bumps, you create momentum — this is the "pumping" action. With practice, it's possible to navigate the entire track without pedaling. Pump tracks are designed to be accessible to anyone who can ride a bike.
Our pump track is made of LLDPE material, with anti-ultraviolet and anti-aging agents added. It is a new type of outdoor entertainment facility material, used to withstand harsh weather conditions ranging from extreme cold to extreme heat. Tested rigorously under extreme conditions, it ensures year-round durability.
Modular pump tracks are designed to be low-maintenance. Unlike earth-based tracks which require regular upkeep, modular systems made of durable materials need minimal attention. With proper installation, these tracks can endure years of use with little to no ongoing maintenance.
The modular pump track is durable and has a typical lifespan of 8 to 10 years, depending on usage. Even in rainy areas, the track comes with a 5-year warranty.
